Sprinkles is going up to be an amazing, big and beautiful St. Bernard puppy! We are so excited to watch her grow up in our household. This is her first winter and she loves the snow!
Some of her most favorite things to do... 1. Play in the pond in our backyard. It may sound fun but I am the one that gets to clean up the mud every single day from her big, heavy paws as she happily prances back into the house full of joy after a quick, little swim. 2. Playing with her big sister, Belle. Belle is our gentle giant that is 3 and a half. They love each other so much! We are blessed to watch these sisters grow together! 3. Bones! Bones! Bones! She sure loves to chew and we finally found a few bones that last more than 15 minutes!

We wanted to share with you a puppy from our November 15, 2019 litter. This amazing big boy is 170 lbs at just a year old. He is gorgeous and fits the traditional St. Bernard markings perfectly! We couldn't be happier than we are with this first litter from Lake Michigan Saint Bernards Belle. Belle is our female that has her own children's book available on Amazon. Check it out! It is called Lake Michigan Saint Bernards Zoe and Belle!
Who doesn't love kisses from their favorite pet? Our loving St. Bernard Belle never forgets to share her love with all of us at home! Even when she isn't looking her best!

I must say I was very skeptical on buying clippers for our cockapoo. Please know, I am not a professional dog groomer, but I have experience as a groomer of different breeders for our pets at home and local dog showing.
I did not want to spend a ton of money on clippers. I am always afraid that they just won't work for a heavy, thick coated dog. I read lots of reviews before settling on the Oster A5 Two Speed Animal Grooming Clipper with Detachable Cryogen-X #10 Blade. An article posted on breedingbusiness.com shared valuable information on the 6 best dog clippers. The Oster A5 Two Speed Animal Grooming Clippers feel in the middle of the groom for cost to buy. They also receive a 4 star review on Amazon with over 2000 reviews posted. They are low noise which does not scare a dog or puppy new to grooming. Also, it has a low and high speed setting to make it versatile to meet your needs. The clippers also come with a brush and oil to help maintain the blades for longer use.
1. Saint Bernards are big gentle giants.
We are once again blessed to share in the journey of our puppies growing up! This handsome man just turned 2!

Are you a recent owner of a puppy? Are you trying to find chew toys that fit the needs of your puppy and also promote positive chewing?
Nylabone Power Chew Textured Ring, Large Durable Dog Chew Toy, Great for Aggressive Chewers are a wonderful solution that I have found to work with my young Saint Bernards! I recently purchased these toys after our newest puppy ate through a kitchen table chair leg! As her breeder, we had watched her grow up from day one. The week that all of her playmates found new homes seem to be the hardest for her. She was still lucky enough to be in the house where she had been born; but, she soon became bored easily. When not being monitored, she would hide under the table and just chew. Our vet recommended Nylabone chew toys. Our small pet stores did not carry what was suggested so I jumped on Amazon. This is the set I purchased of Nylabone for power chewers. One thing I noticed was that these chews are hard! It took a day or two for our puppy to start chewing on them; but, they quickly became one of her favorites! Schools are shut down. We can’t travel. People are told to stay inside to limit contact with the coronavirus pandemic. Well, here is a puppy update we received to brighten our day!
